All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from France.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

Free worldwide shipping on orders over €200.

Shipping rates apply per order, not per item. For orders containing multiple items, the applicable rate is determined by the highest shipping category in the order. For example: T-shirt only → €10 · Multiple T-shirts → €10 · T-shirt + any other item → €15 · Any non-T-shirt item → €15.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Loot.ww is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased items can be legally imported into their country of residence.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible online purchases within 14 calendar days of delivery. You may request a return without providing a reason within this period.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all loot.ww tags still attached.

Due to the nature of our selection, many pieces are vintage, pre-owned or archival garments and may show intentional signs of age, wear or distress. Each piece is individually graded according to its overall condition, from Satisfactory to Brand New. Detailed photographs are provided to accurately show the condition of each item.

Items must therefore be returned in the same condition as received. Items showing additional signs of wear, stains, odours, damage, alterations or other changes beyond their original condition may be subject to a deduction in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item received is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Final Sale

Some pieces may be explicitly marked Final Sale on their product page. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where a return or remedy is required by applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

If you receive an incorrect item, or if an item has a defect that was not reasonably apparent from the product photographs and information provided on its product page, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@loot-ww.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will acknowledge the situation within 48 hours and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law, or request additional information when required.

Refunds

Customers must return the goods within 14 calendar days of notifying loot.ww of their decision to withdraw from the purchase.

For an eligible withdrawal, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Refunds will include the initial standard delivery costs where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive shipping option are not necessarily refundable.

Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned item or until the customer provides evidence that the item has been shipped back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

In-Person Purchases

Purchases made directly at Loot.ww events or physical locations are not subject to the statutory online right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales. Any return or exchange for an in-person purchase is therefore subject to the specific conditions communicated at the time of purchase, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@loot-ww.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation in accordance with applicable law. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return and the applicable return conditions will apply.
